Yes – unless you mark the driver as “inactive” in the system.
To do this, click on the Settings button on the main menu, select the Driver Tab.
A list of all of your Drivers will be displayed in the lower half of the page.
To the far right, you can click the “Inactive” button for a selected driver.
- You must be a Senior Manager or Divisional Manager to mark drivers Inactive
- Drivers must be marked inactive prior to the 15th of each month to ensure you are not charged in the following month.
- You will be charged for an inactive driver if any data is entered or retrieved for that driver during a billing period.
