After complying with ALL other Rules A Solo Driver must complete either of the following two Rule options:

1.) At least two periods of 24 continuous hours non-work time in any 14 day period; OR

2.) At least four periods of 24 continuous hours non-work time in any 28 day period (provided hours of work do not exceed 144 hours in any 14 day period within the 28 days.
