How do I get a full refund if I am not happy with your product?

If you are not happy with the product and wish to cancel, we will provide a full refund when we are notified by you, in writing, within seven days from commencement of your initial subscription.

If you are not happy with LogChecker or LogChecker Live please email support@logchecker.com.au notifying us of your wish to cancel your subscription. We will credit the original nominated card that was entered upon subscription within seven working days.
