For clients in National Heavy Vehicle or Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (NHVAS or WAHVA) fatigue schemes. The majority of the “Quarterly Compliance Statement” fatigue statistics information can be sourced from LogChecker.
From the Home Page, go to “Reports” > “Accreditation Summary” and then select and enter the following criteria:
- Division – The Division that contains your accredited drivers (if no division is selected, LogChecker will report on all Divisions)
- Driver – Only if an individual driver report is required
- Rule – Only if a single rule report is required (useful if BFM or WA Drivers are spread across multiple Divisions)
- Date – Select the date period for the desired reporting period
Once complete, select “Summary Only”. This will produce a report that provides the data to assist with the completion of your Quarterly Compliance Statement, including:
- Drivers operating under the accreditation (No. of Drivers)
- Work and rest hour records reviewed (No. of Pages Entered)
- Compliant and non-compliant work and rest hour records
- (Compliant = “No. of Pages Entered” less “No. of Pages with Breaches”)
- (Non-Compliant = “No. of Pages With Breaches”
You will need to source non-LogChecker data to complete your Quarterly Compliance Statement, including:
- New drivers inducted for the quarter
- Driver medicals that are current
- Driver medicals that have expired
- Fatigue related incidents
- Notices received for breaking fatigue regulations
