Dashboard Information (Dashlets)

The Dashboard includes the following information:

  1. Driver license renewal dates;
    1. License expiry dates are set in the “Drivers” tab.
    2. License reminders will appear one month prior to the due date and be highlighted yellow.
    3. License reminder highlights will change to red at 10 Days.
  2. Medical renewal dates;
    1. Medical renewal dates are set in the “Drivers” tab.
    2. Medical reminders will appear one month prior to the due date and be highlighted yellow.
    3. Medical reminder highlights will change to red at 10 Days.
  3.  Other reminders;
    1. Fatigue Accreditation renewal dates may be set in the “Accreditations” tab.
    2. Fatigue Accreditation reminder will permanently show the BFM accreditation expiry date, not highlighted
    3. Fatigue Accreditation reminder will change to yellow highlight 3 months prior to expiry.
    4. Fatigue Accreditation reminder will change to redw highlight 1 month prior to expiry.
    5. The Fatigue reminder will indicate NHVAS (BFM Accreditation) or WAHVA (WA Fatigue Accreditation)
  4. New breaches not yet actioned;
    1. These are automated entries.
    2. New breaches will appear when a breach is identified in an entered page and a corrective action has not been initiated.
  5. Outstanding actions.
    1. These are automated entries.
    2. Outstanding actions will appear when a breach is identified in an entered page and a corrective action has commenced but not finalised (closed).

Note: If you do not have fatigue accreditation, pending reminders, new breaches or outstanding actions, these dashlets may be blank.
