LogChecker Live is asking me to synchronise. Why?

From time to time, such as:

  • When Work or Rest amendments are made by the driver or the office;
  • The LogChecker Live App is updated;
  • The driver device is replaced; or
  • The office or driver amends driver detail

The two versions will need to be synchronised.

To synchronise the app, go to Settings and tap Manual Synchronisation.

NOTE: Please ensure you have an internet connection, to synchronise with LogChecker successfully.
