Help! LogChecker Live isn’t working!

If after synchronising, LogChecker Live still isn’t working as per usual;

Consult with your employer. If they are unable to assist or do not know why your LogChecker live is not working:

  • Go to Settings;
  • Tap LogChecker Support.
  • An email template will appear along with an attachment, for you to fill out and send to Support.

NOTE: Please don’t remove the attachment.
